WINTER RENTAL 2025-2026 Casa Velha Apartments

Minimum 4 weeks, rates valid after 27 October 2025 to 27 March 2026

Prices and house rules, all prices are for 4 weeks:

Studio Deluxe 1-2 pers. (±38 m²) €1,350 euro all-in
1 Bedroom Deluxe 1-2 pers. no balcony (±48 m²) €1,500 euro all-in
1 Bedroom Deluxe 1-2 pers. (±45m²) €1,600 euro all-in
Studio Deluxe 1-4 pers. (±64 m²) €1,850 euro all-in
2 Bedroom Deluxe 1-4 pers (±75 m²) €2,100 euro all-in
Seaview Suite 1-4 pers. (±78 m² 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms) € 2,200 euro all-in

All rates above cover water and electricity usage (with normal consumption, meter readings are recorded, price is including €100,- payment in advance water/ electricity), air conditioning heating in the living room, Wi-Fi, and television access. Excluded: €500 deposit. The rental is only available on a weekly basis; partial weeks are charged at the full weekly rate.

Additional terms: No refunds for early departures, as we are not liable for force majeure events. Minor maintenance jobs may occur on the premises. Unheated pool available if filled.

Payment for the first 4 weeks is required in advance, followed by subsequent payments every 4 weeks prior to the start of each new period. Additional cleaning including bed linen changes can be requested at €125 for studio 1-2/ 1-bedroom Deluxe or €175 for Studio 3-4 or 2-bedroom Deluxe.

The apartment comes with towels and the beds will be made, including an additional set of each. While there’s no washing machine, nearby laundromats offer ample options. Upon departure, an inspection of the apartment is carried out in order to return the deposit. Guests are responsible for leaving the apartment as clean as possible, and we will handle the final cleaning, which is included.

Smoking and pets are not allowed, and the complex is exclusively for adults aged 21 and above. We do not accommodate groups in order to maintain a tranquil atmosphere and there is limited on-site parking available. While daytime visitors are welcome within limits, overnight stays require prior consultation.
