Booking conditions and payment
To make a booking for an apartment at Casa Velha Sta Eulalia we kindly request to complete the reservation form and send i back to us. We will confirm you the avialability and the total costs. If you agree these conditions we will send you a confirmation with all the payment details to make the first down payment of 30%. After receiving the down payment, your booking is secured.
- The full balance is required 4 weeks before prior to arrivel of Casa Velha Sta Eulalia.
- If a booking is made and confimed within 4 weeks of the arrivel date, the booking must be fully payed at once.
- If we do not have any accommodation available we will inform you as soon as possible.
- If we have alternative accommodation we will inform you immediately.
- In case you need an options on a specific apartment, we give you a t48 hours option.
Deposit for the apartment
At the check-inn you pay a refundable deposit to cover damages acidental or otherwise.
On the day of departure we will return this ammount after checking the apartment.
The deposit for a studio apartment is € 30,00 for a T1 and the T2 apartments the deposit is € 50,00
Cost of Holiday
Except where otherwhise stated, all high season rentals where included electricity and water. However, Casa Velha de Sta Eulalia reserve the right to charges for additional excessive usages.
The cost of utillities will be charges as extras during winter and low season. (see price list)
The accommodation
The reserved accommodation is provided solely for the use of the clients listed on the bookingform. Sub letting, sharing or assignment is prohibited and will automatically invalidate the agreement to provide accommodation. In all cases you should inform the reception beforehand if you are receiving guest or visitors.
Pets
Without permission of Casa Velha de Sta Eulalia pets are not allowed to stay in Casa Velha de Sta Eulalia.
Cancelation
If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason after payment of your deposit you should notify Casa Velha de Sta Eulalia in writing, by fax or by e-mail as soon as possible.
The following charges will apply:
- Cancelations made more than 8 weeks prior to arrivel 50% of the deposit will be returned.
- Cancelations made less than 8 weeks prior to arrivel, no refund will be paid.
We strongly reccomend all our guest to obtain holiday travel insurance against such eventualities.
Arrival & Departures
The accomodation is available from 14.00 h. At the end of your stay we ask you to check-out the apartments before 10.30 h. If your flight is in the afternoon or eavening you can stay at the pool and store you baggage next to the office.
The arrivels and departures are on every day eccept in the months July-August and September.
In these month the arrivel and departure days are Monday-Wednesday-Friday and Saturdays.
